GVI Global with Rea Kamberi Consulting GmbH ( GVI Austria ) is evaluating international startups to determine if their technology could fit the European market needs and helping them with the following business activities :

Applying to funding programs in Austria that could inject startups with non-diluted funding of up to 3 million EUR for R&D and global expansion

Matching non-diluted funding with private capital from GVI's international investors..

Establishment of the subsidiary (GmbH) in Austria, including legal and accounting services .

Recuiting the operational team( C - Level and technology team ) from the Austrian eco-system for the startups including nominating managing director that will take the resp onsibility to manage and roll out the company in Austria and in DACH region.

Promoting international startups globally (in English and German in DACH region) for strengthening the company's position by connecting with strategic partners and clients in the DACH region .

SCOUTING Early and late stage international startups
We are looking for international startups at all stages :
-
Startups at the early stage who are open to opening their R&D center in Austria.
1.1 R&D team members should be Austrians or EU residents with an address in Europe. (75 percent of the R&D project should be done in Austria)
1.2 The startup's R&D could be based at their HQ and
be a part of the project or by hiring a subcontractor (Approximately 25%) -
Late-stage international startups that have a product with paying customers and are looking for scaling globally. In both cases, international startups could raise up to 3 million EUR .


EVALUATION & TARGETING FUNDING PROGRAMS
Analyzing startups based on their business, technology, and go- to -market strategy:

Do they target the European market ?

What is the innovative solution they would like to implement and Its development and complexity.

What is their competitive edge (USP)?
-
Are there any other solutions that already exist in the market?

Do they have a business plan and a marketing strategy and have a deep understanding that one of the key factors for success is to open a subsidiary in Europe and hire local partners to help penetrate the market?

What are the business skills of the founders on the team and do they have a global orientation?
Once GVI determines that the selected international startup is a good fit for GVI's strategy, we match the relevant funding programs to the company .
Straitening the position of the International startups globally and in Europe( focus on DACH region )
GV Global owns and operates a global marketing agency in Europe with a license to represent and promote international startups and connect them with strategic partners and clients.
Selected companies will receive an address that they can use as their official European office (Austria).
Startup team will be empowered with the Austrian team who will join officially to the team and close commercial agreements with strategic partners/clients

Attracting private investors to match their private capital with non diluted funding
We collaborate with investors, venture capital firms, and accelerators to match their private capital with the
non- diluted funding allocated by Austrian funding agencies .
1. Structuring the investment strategy with the startups
according to the business plan and funding
application .
2. Promoting the startups with tailor -made content that could catch the attenstion of the investors to get more information about the investment opportunity
