The ITP Prizren represents a unique business opportunity not only for the local companies but to the foreign ones wishing to expand their operations in the region. As one of the initiatives to attract foreign tech companies to start business in the ITP Prizren, its Digital Transformation Center is partnering with Gold Ventures Investment (GVI).
In what could be only the first phase of this collaboration, the GVI is identifying means for building up a “soft-landing program” for international tech companies wishing to open businesses in the ITP as an entry point to Southeastern Europe and the DACH region.
This program would include different offerings from various aspects, starting from the physical infrastructure in ITP up to linkages with professional services, investors and clients. Following a three-week study visit in Kosovo – which included meetings with representatives of Kosovo ministries, universities, and experts - the GVI will prepare a concrete concept for such a program, which could ultimately lead to opening a GVI office with local partners in the ITP!
