GVI - Consilience FAST venture

We’d like to invite you to join the conversation with Consilience’s CEO, Kevin Monserrat to talk about the benefits of launching tokenized investment vehicle on behalf GVI as a global venture fund to invest in and accelerate startups.

Consilience built a private market infrastructure that enables communities to build more liquid and less risky portfolios and unlock services for equity. The AquaDeFi platform is an end-to-end investment management platform, built to take your assets on-chain with minimum fuss. Consilience FAST services save time and expense when compared to traditional fund setup processes, from deal origination, deal evaluation and due diligence through to fund performance, reporting and investor management. Your FAST token enables all stakeholders to participate, gauge performance and create value via the exchange of FAST tokens in a secure secondary market.

About the speakers

Kevin Monserrat,

Before founding Consilience Ventures, he was Head of Microsoft’s Ecosystem of Scale Up in London, responsible for investing about US$100 million per annum and where he spent many years helping companies to launch, grow and fund their technology businesses. While there he oversaw key Microsoft partners such as private equity and venture capital firms, family offices, accelerators and universities.

Paul Griffiths,

Entrepreneurial executive with a background of supporting fast-growth companies. I blend financial & commercial experience with companies both large and small with hands-on general management. The fast-moving work alongside serial entrepreneurs is matched by blue chip experience, both providing plenty of demanding challenges. On the not-for-profit side, this commercial background has been used effectively to set up and run a successful registered UK charity.

Elin Hauge

I am an experienced leader and business advisor with strong business acumen across industries. One of my key strengths is to connect dots and spot new business opportunities across conventional domains. People tell me I have a rare combination of strong empathy and human understanding on one hand and a fighter’s mindset and ability to execute on the other hand. I bring lots of energy, combined with the ability to truly listen, observe, and reflect. I truly believe in the power of data-driven technologies. Technologies like artificial intelligence, the internet of things, virtual reality, and blockchain will play important roles in the sustainable future of societies and businesses. Examples may be reducing the need to travel, making buildings more sustainable, securing food production, and developing smarter and healthier cities for people to live in. At the same time, we need to understand that digital is not necessarily sustainable, neither from a climate, environment, economic, social, or human perspective. My role as advisor and speaker is to help leaders navigate in the complex landscape of data-driven technologies, sustainability, and responsibility.

John Michaelis

I am an active angel investor and board advisor for early-stage AI companies. I work with my portfolio of companies across the med-tech, business services and consumer sectors. I was the founding shareholder of Aurora, which became the market leader in AI solutions for the air sector, before a successful exit.

I am an experienced business consultant. My company, WIT Consultancy, was a respected boutique that had the privilege to lead some of the most complex and challenging global change programs in the Telecoms, Technology and Banking sectors.

I have had the ultimate portfolio career: as well as working in my own companies I have worked for global organizations and SMEs in a range of roles including sales, business development, commercial and operations
